Yes. Architects are often key partners on our projects. We collaborate closely during preconstruction, design development, and construction to support design intent, cost alignment, and constructability.

9. Does Capitol Construction perform CMAR projects?

Yes. Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) is a core service. We provide early cost transparency, phased pricing, and a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) developed through collaborative preconstruction.
