Our core focus is $5–10 million projects. We may take on projects as small as $1 million to build long-term relationships with owners and architects. Projects over $25 million fall outside our typical scope.

No. Capitol Construction focuses exclusively on commercial, institutional, and government projects. We do not perform residential construction.

Projects are led by experienced project managers and superintendents, not junior staff. Senior leadership is involved from preconstruction through closeout to ensure accountability, continuity, and clear communication.
